This traditional Christmas ride is 20 kilometers and begins in Zagreb at Maksimir stadium, with the end goal being PD Gorščica.

The ride takes place on 26 December at 9:45 at the northeast crossing of Maksimir Stadium, then along Bukovacka at the monument, taking the road along Maksimir on Jazbina to Remetska road to the church at Remetska and right into PD Gorščica.

 

At 10:30 you should reach the Parish Church of Šimuna and Jude Tadeja (Markuševačka Church)

 

GOAL: PD Gorščica

 

TRAIL: 20 km, road / dirt road

 

FEE: FREE

You are required to have a proper bike, helmet, spare tire and basic tools and pump, rainwear and winter depending on weather, and your mobile phone (you should leave your number for the agency)

 

The aim of this Christmas ride is to promote cycling and cycling culture in road traffic and in the forest, with all allowed to participate, regardless of age and gender.

 

Each participant rides at their own risk and must be familiar with the rules, regulations and the possible risks that this bike tour includes.

 

The application of participants must confirm that your medical examination shows that you are in appropriate psycho-physical condition for this type of event.

 

Participants who register for the cycle should have health insurance.

 

All participants are required to follow the Rules of Internal Order JUPP Medvednica, Nature Protection Act (Official Gazette 80/13) and the Law on Road Traffic Safety (OG 67/08, 48/10, 74/11, 80/13, 158 / 13, 92/14).
