As part of the Obnova! 16. Day performance, Varaždin, the Association of Varaždin Cyclists and the Union of Cyclists will present the project "Glow in the Dark" (National Program for Road Safety) and encourage the reconstruction of cycling infrastructure and cycling culture in Varaždin.
