Cycling club “Brdsko Biciklistički Klub Grožnjan” is organizing their 5th recreational bicycle race “Christmas Cycling Ride” on 17 December.

Momjan is located on a hilltop in the northwestern part of Istria. Not known to many, the town itself boasts a 15th century palace with the 13th century ruins of a castle tucked into the cliffs. A paradise for wine lovers and a culinary craft, Momjan is also a dream for mountain biking. Here is the Momjan Bike Marathon brought to you by MBK Bujština.

This route takes you through the villages Vukovina, Poljana Čička, Bukevje, Veleševec, and Kuče within the municipalities of Velika Gorica and Orle, located within the larger Zagreb County.

The island of Vis is a cycling paradise for those old, young, native people or tourists, and truly all shapes and sizes. Various trails on the island contain different levels of difficulty, and while there are no exclusively marked cycling trails, you can ride along existing roads, well-trodden paths, and for those more adventurous - you can make your own.

One of the main features of Slavonia are the lowland plains with large cultivated areas. From the plain that was once the bottom of the Pannonian Sea, the mountains rise to almost 1,000 meters above sea level. One of these mountains is the Papuk mountain.

From 23 April 1999, Papuk became protected as a nature park because of its extremely large geological and biological diversity and valuable cultural and historical heritage. In 2007, Papuk was the first such area in Croatia that gained the status of a geopark.
