A maiden speech from TCN on April 6, 2016, as Total Croatia Cycling is launched at the UHPA conference on sustainable development at Hotel Panorama in Zagreb.

The Tour of Croatia, a national event which puts the country's cycling potential into international focus, returns, and this year the race will start in Slavonia.
