The program is organized by the Director of the Tourist Board of Trilj, Andriana Ivkovic, co-organized by Director of the Tourist Board of Split-Dalmatia County, Josko Stella, and President of the Cycling Federation of Split-Dalmatia County, Denis Spadina.
Training is conducted by the Istrian tourism development agency-IRTA that has been operating successfully for 10 years. The program begins on Thursday morning November 10, and the exact schedule of lectures will be given to all registered participants, as well as manuals, information materials and a gift package.
Participants are required to have a MTB bike, a helmet, suitable clothing (or whip. jersey), tools (if possible with the tool to remove the chain), shoes (bic. shoes) and sportswear (casual) clothing and shoes. A GPS device and a smartphone for use mapping program is suggested. Participants need to able to be handle at least the minimum physical fitness.
Successful participants will receive a certificate of having passed the training, and for the first year, all successful participants will be given a licensed bike guide to the Croatian Cycling Federation with paid insurance (value of the license is 500.00kn)
Price per participant is 1.500,00 kn VAT for students of Split-Dalmatia County where participation is co-financed Tourist Board of Split-Dalmatia County. Price for students who are not from SD County is HRK 2,500.00 with VAT.
Travel costs, consumption of drink and lodging are paid by participants, and lunches are included in the price of education.
All students from Split will be provided transportation for each day of training.
