Route description:
This cycling route begins on the sandy beach at the Mala Neretva river delta. Head towards Blace on an asphalt road, which after Blace turns into a wide gravel road. Up ahead are two smaller uphill climbs, with a magnificent view at the top of the entire Neretva delta. Further on gravel and pass above Duba, through Kremena and in Raba join the main road. Drive on it for a few hundred metres in the direction of Dubrovnik and turn left and uphill on the first gravel. Further on pleasant gravel with concrete on most climbs all the way to the Smrden Grad fort, built by the Dubrovnik Republic to protect Klek port from Turks and Venetians. An ideal place to stop and enjoy the view. Further on via gravel until the asphalt road that connects Klek with the interior. Turn left on the road and ride until the view of lake Kuti and the valley stretching to Metković. Then back on the same asphalt road, but in the direction of the sea. After a long downhill join the main road again. After a hundred metres cross it and take the gravel road leading to Klek. Pass through Klek and back onto the main road. Ride to Komarna, descend to the sea and ride back to the starting position.
