Route description:
If you have a little extra time and are in good shape for mountain cycling, this track can be an ideal continuation of the Žrnovnica-Zvjezdano Selo-Žrnovnica route. If you decide to start from Žrnovnica, then when arriving at the road below Sitno Gornje you need to turn right and at the first crossing go left to Dubrava. Here you arrive at a church and graveyard where it is convenient to park, so if decide to take just this route, start here.
The first section is to Dubrava village is an asphalt road good for a warm-up. After Dubrava starts a rather wide gravel road, which an off road vehicle can use. This road goes to Gat. On the way to Gat you will pass the Studenac source, with a small excursion site and on the right is a view of Sv. jure (Kozik), one of Mosor’s peaks - 1.319 metres.
Further on to Zvečani we follow the road, with only a few spots where we will need to demount our bikes as the track gets very steep. Along the way is another water source. On the way back you can stop at several places with a wonderful vie of Cetina river and her delta at Omiš. The return from Gat to Dubrava is an asphalt road, something those will less stamina will appreciate.
