11:30 – setting up of correct bicycle position and fine set up
12:30 – practicing riding techniques at the circuit
14:00 – lunch break
16:00 – joint ride lasting 1.5h
19:30 – dinner
20:30 – sports diet lecture

10:00 – practicing riding techniques at the circuit

15:00 – joint ride lasting 1.5h
17:30 – basics of bicycle servicing / bike workshop (tire change, tubeless, chain patching etc.)
19:30 – dinner
20:30 – bicycle presentation by Giant

09:00 – review of previous day
09:30 – large joint ride lasting 2.5 - 3h
14:00 – final joint meeting and diplomas
14:30 – programme end
