This route is designed to take you through Požega mountain, an area above Požega leading up to the Homeland Cross on Sokolovac hill.
The bike ride, from the Sveto Trojstvo square, will take you on paved ascent firstly to the Vojak winery cellar. The winery stop gives us a view of the Požega valley and Požega town. After a refreshment and tasting, we continue the ascent via a vineyard gravel road to Sokolovac hill where the Homeland Cross is. From this location we can see the Papuk mountain hills and the entire Požega valley that leaves cyclists and visitors breathless.
After taking in the view we continue our descent towards the centre of town, passing by the Kalvarija site and reach the Sveto Trojstvo square where this short, but interesting cycling route ends.
