23/07/16 Lepoglava - World Day of Cyclists
The Lepoglava Cycling Club has organised this free recreational cycling event to celebrate the world day of cyclists. The route is a 30km round trip which will take you from Lepoglava to Žarovnica - Klenovnik, Lipovnik - Stažbjevec - Ivanec and back to Leopglav. Along the way, a short break will be taken at Klenovik before heading back to Lepoglav for more festivities. The event starts in the parking lot at the restaurant Ivancica at 16:00 and registration will take place from 15:30. For more information go to the Lepoglava Facebook page.
23/07/16 Trnjanski Kuta - Banja Luka - Bike to Banja Luka
This 300km recreational riding event starts in Croatia and will take you to Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina where you take a lunch break and enjoy some lovely cevapi!. Departing from Trnjanski Kuta at 7 am riders will make their way to Banja Luka across the beautiful landscape of the region. An absolute must for this journey is each cyclist to carry a spare tire, helmets, reflective vests, white front and red rear light. Along the way to cool off, riders can stop for a swim in the Vrbas river. For more information contact the event organiser Goran Mirković.
24/07/16 Kamešnica - Climb to Kamešnica
This 17km competitive mountain bike event is an uphill battle from Roknjače to Kamešnica with the winners being rewarded with medals and cash prizes. The event is split into different age and sex categories and starts at 17:00. The entry fee 70kn and includes refreshments, transportation of luggage to the end of the race, and dinner and concert. 24/07/16 Radini - Radini Bicycle Race 2016
This recreational bike race takes you on a 35 km journey through the beautiful north-west of Istria where you'll see both the stunning inland landscapes of the Istrian interior as well as the treasure that is the Adriatic coast. The idea behind the race is to acquaint participants with the diversity of the region. As a bonus, there is a lottery planned to reward participants for their efforts. Entry is 30 kuna, and you can complete the application form prior to the commencement of the race. The race starts at 10:00 in Radini.
