The Kamenjak Gorski Bike Tour will be held on August 5th and 6th, and unlike last year when the group gathered at Tršće and explored the northern part of Gorski Kotar and part of Slovenia, this time the tour will start from Plakat to Tršće and head back on the following day.
In addition to the pleasant and not overly demanding ride, participants will have the opportunity to try the newly renovated enduro trail on Mount Rudnik in Tršće or try thei climbing facilities at the adrenaline park Gorski Lazi. The weekend will be full of cycling and new experiences!

Saturday, August 5, 2017
Gather at the “Veliki Dom Platak” at 9:00-10:00. Head towards Cajtiga. Continue along the gravel road towards Lascu and Lividraga where the group will wait for refreshments (light lunch). After the break, the group will move towards Medvedova Štanta where they will briefly stop and enjoy the view at the lookout. The group will then descend to Farjev and continue to Tršće. The afternoon hours will be used on the new enduro track and to visit the adrenalin park Gorski Lazi. After the planned activities and dinner, guests will stay overnight at Jurkovic.

After a rich breakfast, the group will head towards the top of Milanovac where, after 15-km, there will be a tasting of local cheeses from OPG Pintar. After the break, the group will move towards Smrekova Draga to enjoy the dense fir forests and fresh mountain air. The group will then make the long ascent and descent to Platak for the finish. At the end of the tour at the Veliki Dvor Platak, participants will be given lunch.
NOTE:
Due to the fact that that no luggage transfer has been organized, it is recommended that each participant takes only what they deem necessary. A sleeping bag is not required because accommodation is organized.
