A  400 kilometer brevet with mountain and coastal scenery. What more can you ask for?

The BRM 400 km in Sveta Nedelja will take place this Sunday, May 13, 2017 at 6:00 am.

Cyclists will ride from Sveta Nedelja to Karlovac and Duga Resa and then from Mrežnica to Josipdol. 

After crossing the pass that separates the Big and the Little Chapel, you will be able to find the lively roads of Žutu Lokva and Otočac where the first checkpoint is. 

From the valley Gacka you can not ride down, but only uphill. Once you master the two long climbs you will be able to observe the northern Adriatic islands from the Oltari pass.

After checking in St. George (Sv. Jurje) there will be a little less than 30 km to ride along the coastal road which will be constantly ascending or descending.

In Novi Vinodolski, you will say farewell to the coastal road and embark on a a long climb in the direction of Lukovo, Liča and Fužina for 30 km of wilderness. 

After the third checkpoint in Delnice, cyclists will be riding more or less all night. Therefore, front and rear lights, a reflective vest, and a correct bike and helmet are mandatory. 

The brevet will begin on Saturday May 13, at 6:00 at the Square of Ante Starcevic in Sveta Nedelja. The final time to return to the starting point with certified travel cards is 9:00 on Sunday, May 14.
