ZAGREB, April 12th 2017 – This year’s edition of Tour of Croatia will be held from April 18th to 23rd 2017, through six stages on the route longer than 1,000 kilometres.

The final entry list will be published by the end of the week, but everybody is looking forward to the fact that one of the biggest, cycling superstar Vincenzo Nibali (Bahrain Merida Pro Cycling Team) is coming to Croatia.
For Nibali, Tour of Croatia will be a very important race in terms of final preparations for the Giro d'Italia, a race which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. Another Italian is coming to the Tour of Croatia – Giacomo Nizzolo (Trek-Segafredo), who is coming to Croatia after a pause due to an injury.
When it comes to Croatian riders, it is important to emphasize last year's winner Matija Kvasina (Team Felbermayr Simplon Wels), Kristijan Đurasek (UAE Emirates Team), Radoslav Rogina (Adria Mobil) and Emanuel Kišerlovski (Meridiana Kamen Team)
