The MTB group of the Croatian cycling team has been training in Trogir since March 8th. The training will end tomorrow, March 12th, reports Trogir.hr.
The young team is led by Pavao Roset, and the group was welcomed into Trogir by the deputy mayor Radovan Slade-Šilović, representatives of BK Kairos, and the Tourist Board of Trogir. They wished them a good and successful training in the area of Trogir, with congratulations on their successes thus far.
“It is extremely important that the Croatian Cycling Federation decided to have their MTB team members hold part of their preparations in Trogir. This is the result of good cooperation between the City of Trogir, BK Kairos with the Alliance, and resulted more than just from the Trogir cycling race last year.
Thus far we have not had this level of promotion for cycling and mountain biking trails in the local and wider area. We are further enhancing the development of this sport, in particular for recreational cyclists, to bring a new dimension to the promotion of tourism in Trogir and new content for the tourist offer which will soon take an important step forward,” concludes Slade-Šilović.
