The new bike repair station will provide tools for servicing bikes and will be available to all, reports Dalmatinski Portal.
Near the pharmacy in Blatine, the bike repair station should be set up by the end of the year. At the repair station, you can service your bicycles on a bike stand with the required tools and pumps.
“After last year Split won the first bicycle path and we wanted to continue in the direction of popularizing cycling in Split so we decided to set up the first 'bike repair' station, which will be free and accessible to everyone,” said Davor Matijevic, president of the city district Blatine.
With their will, he adds, there will be a stand for five parking spaces for bikes, at an investment of around 5,000 kuna.
